** clerical assistant
** to join their growing team!

* Job Summary:

* We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant for a two-day assignment at a housing authority. This position will provide administrative support by assisting with general office duties and ensuring records are organized accurately.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

+ Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.

+ File, organize, and maintain documents and records.

+ Perform data entry and update office files.

+ Scan, copy, and distribute paperwork.

+ Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

+ Support office staff with special projects during the assignment.

* Qualifications:

*
* + Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data entry.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to multitask and work independently.

+ Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

+ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

* Schedule:

** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

** Assignment Length:
** 2 Days

Pay rate for this position is $15 an hour.

This is a short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys office work and can step in to provide immediate administrative support in a professional environment.

** Pay Details:**  $15.00 per hour
