Job Responsibilities
- THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
Assists program manager with daily office duties to include processing billboard, vegetation, and junkyard permit applications, renewals, transfers, and related transactions. Maintains databases and official records. Coordinates annual permit invoicing and fee collection. Tracks permit status, violations, deadlines, and enforcement actions; and maintains compliance records. Serves as the primary point of contact for permit holders, local governments, and the public. Responds to inquiries and coordinates inspections, meetings, and public records requests.
Prepares official correspondence, notices, reports, and other administrative documents. Supports special projects and maintains program files in accordance with agency policies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
