Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary The Transfer Credit Coordinator serves as a member of the Transfer Team within the Office of the University Registrar.
This position coordinates the evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records. The Transfer Credit Coordinator supports our transfer students as they report transfer work taken at other institutions and ensures timely updates to their records to support their student success.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must possess strong technical skills. Must understand responsibilities to use, protect, and secure student data according to laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Must be able to make sound work-related decisions related to University policy and office procedure.
- Experience with transfer evaluation and Banner student information system (SIS ) or similar SIS .
