Role Description

The Office Manager at Pro Grin Dental & Cosmetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC. This position oversees daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience. The Office Manager manages administrative tasks such as maintaining records, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and supporting billing and insurance processes. This role supervises and supports administrative team members, promotes effective communication among clinical and non-clinical staff, and helps maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients.

The Office Manager also assists with implementing office policies, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage scheduling, records, and daily operations.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic office technology to support efficient front office workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare or dental office administration, including scheduling and insurance verification, is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort with practice management software and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Ability to lead and support a team, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office management or healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
