As a Front Desk employee, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. - Scheduling appointments to ensure efficient diary management and patient flow.
- Handling phone calls courteously, providing necessary information and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Greeting patients and their families warmly, making them feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they step into the clinic.
- Taking payments, processing transactions meticulously, and issuing receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Recording all transactions accurately to ensure that patient accounts are up-to-date and reflective of the services provided.
- Filing insurance claims and managing related correspondence to alleviate the financial concerns of our patients and streamline operations.
- Communicating effectively with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and promote a unified approach to health service delivery.
- Proven experience or familiarity with administrative duties in a dental or medical office setting, highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, capable of building rapport and providing supportive interaction to all patients and visitors.
- Resourceful and thorough in the completion of tasks, demonstrating a proactive and diligent approach to all duties.
- Empathetic individual who is sensitive and responsive to the situations and needs of others, particularly pediatric patients and their families.
