Missions

As an assistant to the head of the BrPS, you are integrated into the authorizations section. In this role, you:

• Process the authorization dossiers of the organization's personnel.
• Establish access for military and civilian personnel at the Ile Longue base.
• Centralize authorization requests and check the conformity of dossiers.
• Register dossiers and follow up in a database.
• Transmit requests for opinion via the SOPHIA software to the National Defense Authorization Center (CNHD) in Malakoff.
• Establish authorization decisions, renewal or refusal requests, and removal of authorizations upon receipt of security opinions via SOPHIA.
• Update the catalogs of authorization jobs: "TOP SECRET and SECRET".
• Prepare the necessary administrative documents in case of transfer or internship.
• Perform screenings of future arrivals and ensure their employability.
• Update the regulations.
• Update the technical arms approval (TECA) catalog and manage requests to the Directorate General of Armament (DGA).

Your initiative, relationship skills, and team work are essential for this role. Proficiency in computer tools and a sense of confidentiality are required.
