Job Summary
Responsible for processing requests for grade forgiveness in accordance with University policy. Assists with processing of final grades. Processes grade forms, including grade changes, makeup forms, hardship withdrawals, registration exception forms, exam/exempt credit, grades communications, and grades reporting. Interprets and articulates academic, institutional, campus, and departmental policies and procedures to current and former students, staff, faculty, and other constituents.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of client/customer service principles preferred.
- Excellent keyboarding, data entry, and word processing skills.
- Experience in a registrar's office or student services as well as working knowledge of USC academic policies and procedures.
- Experience with grading systems and student records, and Banner Student is highly desirable.
