Job Duties- The Administrative Support Specialist II provides administrative support with a moderate level of individual and/or customer accountability.
- Receives telephone and personal callers using knowledge to answer questions and refer to appropriate personnel. Maintains log and assignments of state vehicles.
- Creates folders for individual cases. Copies and prepares cases for transfer. Researches information in CAPSS System.
- Prepares and distributes agenda for FCRB meetings.
- Performs other duties which are job related, but not customarily or routinely done.
- Participates in trainings and workshops, and participates in Emergency Welfare Services, including Emergency Red Cross Shelters during natural disasters.
- To ensure that Personal Identifying Information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered and disposed. To protect the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data.
A High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a High School Diploma. An Associate Degree or higher may be substituted for all or part of the work requirements.
