Scheduling Specialist

We're hiring for both Columbia and Pomaria locations!

$14-$20 hourly (based on experience)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. A 7:30 AM start may be needed once or twice weekly, with some overtime in busy season

Join Wilson's Refrigeration & Air as a Scheduling Specialist and play a key role in coordinating daily service operations for a trusted HVAC and refrigeration company that has proudly served the Midlands for nearly 40 years.

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service trades is a plus
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer
• Experience with any scheduling software is a plus
• Positive attitude
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced office environment

• Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments
• Assign technicians based on availability, location, and priority
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergencies and changes
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to maximize efficiency
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information
• Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and by email
