Rail Terminal Administrative Assistant

We are hiring immediately for a Rail Terminal Administrative Assistant to join our team working at the CSX West Columbia Railroad auto facility in a recession-proof industry! This is an entry-level position and no experience is required as we'll teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the job. This is an essential job with the opportunity to work for the #1 intermodal contractor in the United States.

You will be employed directly by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the Railroad.

Schedule and rate will be discussed during the interview.

Applicants must currently live within a 45-minute commute of West Columbia, SC. Out-of-area candidates and those requiring relocation will not be considered.

• Completing reports and customer reporting
• Managing yard inventory
• Answering phones
• Performing other duties as assigned

Applicants should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
