Position: Titles Representative 1 PT
Location: Jonesville

Hours for this position are:

Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PMRoleAssists the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining appropriate lien information on secured loans.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Responsible for the filing of lien instruments on motor vehicles and other secured instruments pledged as collateral security

Provides prompt handling of direct, phone and written inquiries or requests from members and coworkers

Assist in proper filing of GAP insurance claims and timely follow-up with insurance company and members for claim resolution

Perform in a fast pace, high-volume environment

Basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act Education High  School Diploma or GEDExperience0 - 1 year of general experience

Experience in titles, insurance claims or warranty a plus Other Skills Attention to Detail Collaboration and Teamwork
