Location: Columbia
This position will coordinate the post-sale implementation of corporate training and apprenticeship projects from initial handoff through completion. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for employers and students regarding registration, funding requirements, vouchers, enrollment links, deadlines, and required documentation. Coordinate SC WINS, apprenticeship grants, and other applicable funding processes under the direction of the Business Solutions Project Manager. Collaborate across Operations, Programs, Academics, Finance, Bookstore, Student Support, and other internal departments to ensure students are properly registered, funded, and prepared to begin training.
Track outstanding implementation items, deadlines, and required documentation, and proactively follow up with employers and students to resolve issues before they affect registration or training.
Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records, project documentation, student information, and implementation tracking tools. Identify registration, funding, documentation, or implementation issues and resolve routine matters within established procedures while escalating exceptions or complex issues to the Business Solutions Project Manager. Support project closeout, funding reconciliation, documentation review, and confirmation that required administrative processes have been completed. Provide responsive, professional, and solution-focused customer service to employers, students, and internal partners throughout the implementation process.
Thisposition will be located on the Midlands Technical College Northeast Campus
A high school diploma and relevant work experience in business management, public administration, administrative services, project coordination, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, project management, human resources, education, workforce development, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, training initiatives, or administrative processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with employers, students, customers, or external partners in a professional service environment.
- Experience with workforce development, continuing education, corporate training, apprenticeship programs, or grant-funded initiatives.
- Knowledge of student registration, enrollment, funding, voucher, or reimbursement processes.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, including Operations, Finance, Academic Programs, Student Services, and other functional areas.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management (CRM) or project-tracking system.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide professional and responsive customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve routine implementation issues, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and appropriately upscale complex matters.
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and project information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
