Data Entry Specialist

Responsible for precise entry, verification, and upkeep of data within spreadsheets and data bases, while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled.

Enter text and numerical data into spreadsheets and databases

Transfer data from various sources into digital formats

Maintain and update existing data in spreadsheets and databases

Perform data reporting

Correct errors or discrepancies in data

All other duties as assigned

Minimum degree required:
High school diploma or equivalent

Years of experience: 1-2 years

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Data entry

Strong attention to detail and organization

Regularly walks, sits, stands, and does computer work.

Seldom/never lifts up to 50 lbs.

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
