. Auto Zone’s store teams support WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Delivery Drivers play a key role in safe, reliable front-line service with company-provided vehicles.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills; effective communication in English and Spanish preferred.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred:
  Hazmat endorsement a plus for handling regulated materials.
