Automotive Accessory Installation Tech

We are looking for an Automotive Accessory Installation Tech to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous automotive experience and excellent customer service skills.

• Complete installations of aftermarket accessories on customers' vehicles including spray in bed-liners, truck covers, trailer hitches, and more.
• Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and company records.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards and best practices.
• Report to work on time as per posted schedule
• Perform any other duties as assigned on a maintenance schedule or as requested by the Manager
• Adhere to safety rules and be safety conscious
• Maintain a personal appearance and decorum that will reflect high professionalism
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Lift and move inventory items and work-related items (up to 50 pounds)
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
