This position focuses on delivering efficient oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The technician will work closely with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure all services meet safety and quality standards.

Attention to detail and adherence to company protocols are essential to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize service efficiency. Ultimately, this role contributes to building customer trust and loyalty by providing reliable and professional automotive care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Additional training or coursework in automotive technology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and tire rotations.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
