We are looking for someone who understands that the Auto Repair business is not just about repairing cars, but is also about building relationships. We have the goal of growing into multiple locations leaving room for growth in the company.

• You have successfully ran or have played a key role in a $2 million+ automotive business
• Managed more than 6 employees
• Are a team player and likable
• Have an automotive background
• Service advisor/writer experience in a high volume, fast paced shop with $600+ ARO
• Management experience a plus!!!

• Check in and check out customers- looking for great communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage workflow, manage technicians and work with other employees
• Able to negotiate and order parts
• Able to use shop software to write up repair orders
• Clearly explain and sell needed repairs
• Must posses high level of self-confidence and be able to overcome objections
• Must posses strong decision-making ability
• Take care of all aspects of customer service
