Job Title: Data Systems Project Associate
Department/Division: Business Operations/Data Projects
Location: Columbia, SC
Type: Full-Time;
May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training
Hiring Range: $42,000 - $50,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)
Commitment: Two-Year Commitment to The Cason Group
Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems.
As a Data Systems Project Associate
, you will help improve company data systems, support accurate reporting, and serve as a resource for users through system updates and ongoing support.
What Our Data Systems Project Associate Does:
- Support and Improve Data Systems: A ssist with implementing data system and reporting improvements; maintain knowledge of system capabilities and administrative functions within Salesforce, Agency Integrator, and Agency Works; serve as an internal resource for system setup, data updates, and restructuring; collaborate with vendor representatives to resolve system issues.
- Enable Accurate Reporting and Workflow Efficiency: A ssist in producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports while supporting enhancements to reporting processes; ensure data accuracy through timely imports, updates, and adjustments.
- Train and Partner with Team Members: S upport employee training on new system features; communicate technical information effectively; participate in committee work and assist leadership with additional tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Agency Integrator
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce Admin Certification and familiarity with database design or data entry
