Required Qualifications Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or a similar leadership role in a technology or consulting environment Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives toward shared business goals Exceptional organizational and project management skills for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Experience with operational processes tied to OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
