Operations Excellence Intern; Summer

The Operations Excellence Intern will be a part of the Operations Excellence team working across various business functions to help improve processes across the Bank.

Our interns are invaluable to the team, and we appreciate the unique perspectives and fresh ideas they bring to our projects. Interns at AgFirst continue to make significant contributions to accomplishing business objectives while gaining invaluable experience in their field of study and building their network. Our structured summer program includes opportunities for presenting to executive leadership, professional development, and building camaraderie with your intern group through volunteerism.

• Support the coordination of AgFirst's Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operations Excellence Program
• Set up, support, and/or lead meetings with various stakeholders at the Bank
• Assist management with data collection and analytics
• Track the phases of the various projects and report on those status through management dashboards
• Develop management dashboards to track the various metrics of the LSS Operations Excellence Program
• Maintain LSS SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance
• Students who have gone through LSS training and completed a LSS project are preferred
