As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives.

As part of the Sector Operations team you will support healthcare consulting solutions to PwC clients. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections. This role offers the chance to work closely with client stakeholders, manage multiple project deliverables, and deepen your understanding of pharmacy benefit management within the US healthcare system.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience working within the US healthcare system.
- Working closely with client stakeholders.
- Configuring and implementing SaaS platform solutions.
- Managing multiple project deliverables and timelines.
- Identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Leading initiatives within cross-functional teams.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy benefit strategies.
- Agile or other project management certifications.
