Location: Nicholtown

Salary: $50k - $60k annually (depending on experience)

What your future day will look like:
  • Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple clients.
  • Review payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and time‑keeping issues.
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and support payroll team members to ensure high‑quality service and productivity.
  • Monitor workflow, establish priorities, and ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain confidential company and employee information within payroll software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating payroll deadlines, assisting with payroll‑related inquiries, and offering light software support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and internal controls.
  • Assist with special projects.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area (preferred)
