Location: Columbia
Overview
The position leads the collection, management, analysis, and interpretation of student success data in support of a major, multi-year, grant-funded initiative. It works cooperatively with Academic Affairs;
Assessment, Research, and Planning (ARP); and student support areas to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful data inform strategic decisions and demonstrate grant compliance.
- Lead data collection and validation activities to support the initiative.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and grant reporting.
- Assist with survey administration and related data collection activities.
- Develop data-informed recommendations to improve student success, persistence, retention, and graduation outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with grant leadership and campus partners to ensure alignment with grant goals.
Works closely with Academic Affairs;
Assessment, Research, and Planning (ARP); and student support areas to support grant objectives and compliance.
