Home Care Referral Partner – Earn $1,000–$4,000+/Month (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

20+ hrs/week:
Earn 20% of margin (~$295+ / month per client)
12–19 hrs/week:
Earn 15% of margin (~$130–$210/month per client)
Under 12 hrs/week:
One-time referral bonus ($100–$200)
How You Get Paid (Simple Example):
Client billed: $34/hour
Caregiver paid: $17/hour
Margin: $17/hour
If client receives ~85 hours/month:
$17 × 85 = $1,445 monthly margin
20% payout = $289/month to you
Income Potential:- 1 client = $3,468/year
- 6 clients = $20,800+/year
- 12 clients = $41,000+/year
- 24 clients = $83,000+/year
The more clients you refer, the more your monthly income stacks
PaymentTerms:
- Paid monthly
