The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $ - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As the Organizational Design Director
, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how BECU works today and evolves for the future. Your expertise will help create organizational structures that empower teams, clarify accountability, and enable exceptional performance across the organization. By partnering with business leaders and People Business Partners, you'll influence strategic decisions that strengthen collaboration, improve efficiency, and support our mission of serving our members.

• Shape Organizational Strategy:
  Partner with business and functional leaders to make strategic decisions regarding organizational structures and company hierarchy. Identify opportunities to improve accountability, eliminate duplication of work, and enhance organizational effectiveness through thoughtful design recommendations.
• Design Future-State Organizations:
  Develop and document future-state organizational design options, including team structures, role definitions, decision ownership, and matrixed accountability models when appropriate. Present recommendations to senior leaders, clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and expected business outcomes.
• Improve Organizational Effectiveness:
  Review and analyze work processes, workloads, workflows, and functional relationships to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across teams.
• Lead Organizational Transformation:
  Guide organizational design initiatives during periods of change, supporting business units through reorganizations, growth, evolving priorities, and operating model changes.
• Leverage Data to Drive Decisions:
  Analyze and interpret organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate insights into practical, actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Advise and Influence Leaders:
  Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing clear guidance on organizational design options, implementation considerations, and the potential impact of organizational decisions.
