Camunda Business Analyst
As an CAMUNDA Business Analyst you will:
- Discuss with the business about financial instruments and their management processes workflow.
- Communicate with stakeholders as users, sponsors, project teams or dev team;
- Refine epics and user stories with the PO and the team;
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements;
- Write and update Confluence documentation, prepare and perform presentations of new features;
- Help define data mappings between systems;
- Support, with your process and data analysis, the SIT and UATs;
- Support PROD project functional bugs analysis;
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Support the PO on the prioritization and maintenance of the Sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Support the team and the product
Required skills
- 4 years of experience in similar roles and technologies
- Knowledge of Financial instruments
- Organizational, efficient communication and time management skills
- English level requested: C1
- Experience of working in Agile Teams, with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools, like JIRA and Confluence
Nice to have skills
- Experience with Camunda 8 or another BPMN process orchestrator
- Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana
- Experience with json and xml data analysis
- Experience with Acceptance Criteria definition
- Bachelor's degree in Finances, Economics or Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field;
- Spanish skills
- Work Location: 100% Remote.
- Working Hours: Ability to work full-time within the Spain time zone (CET/CEST)
