Job DescriptionSummary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with business objectives. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, and provides clear communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions Project Planning & Execution- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to business and IT stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and ensure preparation and participation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor project budget and track actual vs. forecasted costs
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization
- Escalate potential cost overruns or resource constraints
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain issues logs, assign ownership, and track resolution
- Escalate critical risks/issues to leadership or steering committee
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
- Provide status reporting and metrics to support decision-making
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
- Basic understanding of project management concepts or methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar tools
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Leadership and team facilitation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Time management and organization
- Financial and analytical acumen

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $80000 to $100000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
