About Us:

Gateway Supply is a leading provider of HVAC and Plumbing supplies dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of safety, and driving growth through innovation and teamwork. We are seeking a knowledgeable and people-focused Corporate Trainer to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for onsite training and ongoing skill-building. This role will create and deliver training programs, implement new processes, and maintain training documentation (including SOPs). The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Epicor Eclipse , strong problem‑solving abilities, and strong organization skills to manage priorities and training schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite training for all new employees to ensure successful integration into company processes and systems.
  • Hold regular employee training to reinforce best practices, productivity, and compliance.
  • Implement and train new processes across departments as business needs evolve.
  • Create, maintain, and update training documents,SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support users with Eclipse‑related training and workflows.
  • Identify training gaps and improve training content, delivery methods, and documentation accuracy .

  • Eclipse experience required (2 years preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot training/process issues
  • Ability towork independently and collaborate with othersacross teams
  • Effective time management and ability toprioritizemultiple training needs
  • Training and presentation skills (comfortable leading onsite sessions)
  • Ability to translate processes into clear training steps
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive to business priorities
  • Professional communication and ability to coach others
