Supervise operational duties of parking compliance enforcement staff. Ensure personnel are scheduled and dispatched to enforce parking and vehicle regulations campus wide.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to provide clear instructions, explain policies, and document incidents or violations.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with parking management systems, ticketing software, and electronic payment systems.
