Lead Teams, Drive Performance, and Support Operational Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Front Line Leader to oversee daily operations, lead frontline employees, and help drive safety, productivity, and efficiency within a fast-paced operations environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience who enjoy coaching teams, improving processes, and creating a positive workplace culture.

• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline employees to achieve performance goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused work environment
• Support employee engagement and teamwork initiatives

• Monitor daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and quality standards
• Serve as the primary contact for documenting safety incidents and near misses
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and productivity

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and safety metrics
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development support
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities with HR and training teams

• Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments
• Provide regular updates to leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in huddle board meetings and operational reviews

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

• Associate Degree or higher
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in:
  • Operations
  • Distribution Centers
  • Warehouse Environments
  • Manufacturing Operations
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training
• Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience

• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Safety-focused mindset
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience driving productivity and team performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Process improvement mindset
• Team-oriented and results-driven

• $20.00/hr pay rate

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
