Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives that combine strategic project leadership with hands‑on business analysis. This role partners with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver high‑impact projects while improving business processes, defining requirements, and driving successful implementation.

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise technology projects from initiation through closure.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, communications, and resource coordination.

Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and project documentation.

Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate scope and deliverables.

Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process modeling, journey mapping, and documentation.

Define current‑state and future‑state business processes, workflows, data flows, and business requirements.

Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, vendors, and agency stakeholders on solution planning.

Support user acceptance testing, cutover planning, change management, and post‑launch adoption.

Produce project deliverables including charters, requirements documents, schedules, dashboards, process diagrams, and status reporting.

7+ years of project management experience managing moderate to high complexity projects

Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign

5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise‑level initiatives

Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving multiple stakeholders

Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills

PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification

Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives

Strong schedule management and resource planning skills

Experience identifying, mapping, and re‑engineering business processes

Integrated Master Schedule experience
