Overview:
The Product Line Manager role will support the Think Film product line by driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market success through strong product ownership and cross-functional leadership. The position requires leading internal teams and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customers to develop and execute product strategies, secure design wins, and support new business development from concept through ramp-up. The PLM will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to shape product roadmaps and strategic growth plans, while ensuring operational excellence through ongoing performance reviews and SIOP processes.
Success in this role depends on the ability to translate technical and customer requirements into actionable business strategies, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
- Drive revenue and profit margin growth for assigned product line(s)
- Lead internal and external resources to support existing business and new business opportunities in a timely manner.
- Drive excellence in existing lines thru robust product management; leading in-formal teams with analysis and coaching to drive, line reviews, SIOP and operational cadences
- Work with the sales team to achieve design wins at target customers; engage with customers and internal teams on activities to include application, sampling, and ramp-up of new business development
- Translate customer and market feedback and analysis into actionable initiatives for sustained business growth with a winning product portfolio
- Active participant in annual strategic planning process with leadership; develop growth plans thru deep market assessments and robust product roadmaps that will drive long-term growth
- Work with marketing team to develop demand gen and communication strategies around product / market fit and value proposition of assigned product lines to sales reps, customers, and the marketplace
- Monitor competitive products and emerging market needs as inputs to product roadmap; lead teams thru business case and stage gate processes to execute projects per plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline
- Experience with engineer to order businesses (nice to have)
- Ability to translate customer requirements into business strategies
- Comfortable discussing technical aspects of products with stakeholders
- Self-driven, results oriented, and accountable
- Excellent communication skills and presentation to executive leadership
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

We are committed to providing a competitive and fair total compensation package for all employees.
One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base pay for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining us, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range.
