Role DescriptionThe Operations Partner is an on-site role based in Blythewood, SC, responsible for supporting and improving daily operational activities across the organization. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, document processes, and ensure efficient delivery of services. Typical responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, identifying process improvements, assisting with scheduling and resource allocation, and supporting administrative tasks such as recordkeeping and reporting.
The Operations Partner also helps maintain compliance with internal policies, supports client-facing teams by resolving operational issues, and contributes to special projects and initiatives that enhance overall efficiency.
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or business administration, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact professionally with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Comfort with technology and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, project management tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in Blythewood, SC, with a reliable work ethic and commitment to consistent attendance.
- Prior experience in financial services, funding programs, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
