The Vendor Management / IT Contracts Coordinator will support key vendor and contract management activities within the Information Systems organization. This role is responsible for assisting with vendor registration processes, supporting IT payables documentation, coordinating contract renewals, reviewing reports for leadership, and maintaining vendor databases.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team, and external vendors while providing critical support for departmental initiatives and ongoing contract management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate vendor registration requests and related documentation
- Support IT Payables with required vendor and contract documentation
- Assist with renewals of critical IT vendor contracts
- Review, analyze, and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Partner with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team, and key vendors
- Maintain and update IT vendor databases and workflows
- Support departmental projects and special initiatives
- Assist in preparing recommendations, documentation, and presentations for management
- 4+ years of project coordination experience
- Vendor management experience
- Experience communicating with executive-level leadership
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4 years of related work experience, OR
- Associate's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience
- 4+ years of project coordination or related experience
- 2+ years of contracts, paralegal, or legal assistant experience
- Experience supporting vendor contract renewals and negotiations
- Service Now experience
- Project management experience
- Smart Cloud Control Desktop experience
- Strong organizational and research abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
