Key Responsibilities- Recruiting & Onboarding:
Support onsite staffing by interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring, and completing new-hire onboarding and orientation. - Operations:
Assist the Manager with daily operations, staffing needs, employee support, quality inspections, and safety audits. - Administrative:
Maintain employee and account records, assist with timekeeping and payroll items, prepare reports, and provide administrative support. - Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor inventory, maintain organized supply areas, coordinate orders, receive deliveries, and track uniforms, equipment, and other company property. - Customer Service:
Assist with client requests, walkthroughs, and follow up items to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Experience:
Prior experience in recruiting, administration, operations, or supervision preferred; experience with an hourly workforce a plus. - People
Skills:
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, customers, and management. - Flexibility:
Must be willing to work a full-time flexible schedule based on needs. - Hands-On Support:
Willing and able to assist with janitorial tasks when needed. - Communication & Technology:
Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in basic computer and mobile systems.
