The Sr Product Manager, Growth will own the product strategy and execution required to acquire, activate, retain, and expand Clarvos customers. This leader will turn customer behavior, funnel data, and commercial priorities into product experiences that reduce churn, increase upsell and improve conversion across the customer lifecycle.
This role requires a hands-on growth product leader who has delivered measurable growth in an early-stage startup and can operate with limited structure, imperfect data, and changing priorities. The ideal candidate has built growth systems from the ground up, instrumented funnels, developed and tested hypotheses, and partnered directly with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to convert insight into business results.
This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can move fluidly between strategy, analytics, customer discovery, product requirements, experimentation, and delivery. The Sr Product Manager will be directly accountable for churn, upsell, and funnel performance, including acquisition-to-sign-up conversion, onboarding completion, activation, time-to-value, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, renewal, and expansion.

- Develop a prioritized experiment portfolio with explicit hypotheses, target segments, success measures, guardrails, sample-size considerations, and post-test decisions.
- Lead rapid experimentation across onboarding, education, feature discovery, pricing and packaging, upgrade prompts, lifecycle journeys, and re-engagement experiences.
- Reduce time-to-value and early-life churn by improving the path from account creation to the first successful campaign and repeat product value.
- Build product-led and assisted expansion experiences that increase subscription upgrades, add‑on adoption, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value without degrading trust or product experience.
- Develop churn‑prevention capabilities using health signals, cohort behavior, cancellation reasons, product usage, and predictive indicators of disengagement or renewal risk.
- Own detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, rollout plans, and measurement plans for growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout discovery and implementation, making informed scope and technical tradeoffs while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to connect acquisition sources, product behavior, assisted touchpoints, retention, expansion, and revenue performance.
- Create customer segmentation and cohort strategies that enable relevant onboarding, recommendations, lifecycle experiences, offers, and upgrade paths.
