Job Overview

Titan PMC, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead and supervise on-site activities for our residential construction projects. This role is critical to the successful execution of our builds – ensuring that work is performed to high quality standards, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on construction supervision experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Construction Supervision
    • Lead daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and to quality standards
    • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and field crews
    • Monitor progress against project schedules and proactively resolve issues or delays
  • Project & Site Coordination
    • Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
    • Coordinate inspections and interact with building officials as needed
    • Communicate regularly with the office team regarding project updates, needs, and challenges
    • Manage project materials, deliveries, and logistics on-site
  • Quality & Safety Management
    • Ensure quality control at all stages of construction
    • Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on job sites
    • Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate daily reports and field notes
    • Utilize Buildertrend or similar project management platforms to track tasks, progress, and updates (training available if needed)
Qualifications – Required
  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision (residential homebuilding or remodeling preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with office staff, vendors, inspectors, and clients
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction project management software
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese)
  • Experience managing Charleston-area residential construction projects is a plus

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
