Reconstruction Admin Support

The ideal candidate in this role will be able to successfully oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operating practices, self‑driven, organized, can handle pressure/deadline heavy tasks, not afraid to step outside of comfort zone, and thrives in a fast‑paced adaptable environment.

• Communicate professionally with adjusters, customers, and colleagues
• Meet with clients to select materials for job sites
• Manage change orders for jobs, tracking signatures, need for order, and approvals
• Build incoming jobs in operation systems timely with accurate information
• Help build budget for reconstruction projects and keep track of weekly & overall goals.
• Manage the scheduling of services daily for operations team
• Notify customers of service call status, the scope of work, necessary paperwork, and track quality assurance throughout the job itself.
• Establish and maintain an effective schedule to ensure services are provided in a timely manner.
• Have a clear understanding and maintain job documentation to guarantee accurate and complete files and electronic notes
• Work in the field to support emergency services when needed
• Perform other duties as needed including field work

• Experience with reconstruction:
  Water/Fire/Storm loss
• Experience with adjusters, insurance claims after property damage
• Estimating experience (Xactimate) preferred
• Ability to multi‑task and operate in multiple systems simultaneously
• Passion to work hard and help others
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Detail Oriented
• Adaptable
• Tech savvy
• Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record
• Ability to pass a drug and extensive background check
