Construction Laborer - Civil Site Work Charleston, SC| $19-$21/hr | Full-Time + Benefits

We're hiring Construction Laborers to join our sitework team! Permanent, full-time role with great pay and benefits after 30 days.

What You'll Do:

• Raking, shoveling, and general site work labor.
• On the job paid training for civil construction.
• Assist your crew and foreman on projects.
• Opportunities to run equipment (loader) or assist with pipe laying for higher pay.

What We Need:

• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather.
• Team-player attitude.

What We Offer:

• $19-$21/hr to start (based on experience).
• Full-time, permanent role with a robust benefits package and overtime opportunities.
