As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead complex commercial projects, keep teams aligned, and deliver results on time and on budget.
This role is ideal for a proven project leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality mechanical solutions.
What You’ll Do- Lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre‑construction through closeout
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources to maintain efficient schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and manage core project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
- Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and overall project profitability
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and codes
- Proactively identify risks, solve challenges, and keep projects moving forward
- 3–10 years of project management experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or related trades)
- Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules, and mechanical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
