Preconstruction Manager

Urgently hiring 1 Preconstruction Manager for GC company in SC!

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

South Carolina's oldest GC; licensed in 10+ states throughout the Southeast offering an array of private and public sector projects through more than 3,500 general construction, design-build, and construction management projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of construction and estimating experience
• Significant knowledge and experience on complex competitive bid projects
• Proven track record of success working internally with an operations team and externally with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Significant knowledge of retail, multi‑story wood fame, healthcare, industrial construction.
