The NCM is an on‑site leader responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish at a designated neighborhood. Key duties include quality control, scheduling trade partners, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining a clean and safe site, and communicating with trade partners, inspection partners, and homeowners. The NCM also orders building materials, reviews and confirms selections, and builds relationships with the sales, purchasing, and construction teams.
