Company Overview

Great Opportunity for a Superintendent who is looking to grow their career at a growing General Contractor in Columbia, SC! A highly reputable construction firm has been in the South Carolina construction industry for over 20 years, specializing in new construction, interior finish and tenant improvement projects. Our projects primarily consist of new construction, commercial, healthcare, medical facilities, and office/warehouse complexes.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in the educational and healthcare sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
• Local to Columbia, SC.
