I’m working with an award‑winning design‑build GC that’s been a fixture in the Columbia market for 20+ years. The pipeline is filled with repeat clients and steady/confirmed through 2028 — and as a Senior PM, you’re in the project from day one, not just handed a set of plans.

• Mentoring APMs and PEs as the team grows

• 7+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial or industrial GC
• Ground‑up commercial, industrial, or healthcare experience
• Passion for leading & mentoring teams around you
• Procore (or similar) experience
