You will serve as a vital member of our field operations team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality civil and heavy construction projects. This role offers the unique chance to see projects through from start to finish within a close-knit, family-oriented environment. HowYou Will Make An Impact
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders, to execute precise site grading and excavation.
- Execute complex earth-moving tasks in strict accordance with project specifications for commercial and federal developments.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure operational safety and perform routine maintenance to prevent project downtime.
- Implement site safety protocols and OSHA standards to ensure a secure working environment for the entire field crew.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to manage project life cycles, ensuring you remain on a single site until completion.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally within a dedicated civil construction team.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, field-based environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in civil or heavy construction.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the field.
- Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or federal project site requirements.
