- Organizesandfacilitatespre-constructionplanningmeetings
- Reviewplansandspecificationsforcompletenessandaccuracy.
Alerttheteamtoanyvariancesorfieldchangestomaintainaccurateas-built drawings. - Ensurethatthemanagementofeachprojectalignswiththecompany'smissionandvision.
- Negotiateandcollaboratewithteammembersforexceptionalprojectresults.
- Maintainandmanageclientdeliveryexpectations.
- Familiaritywithindustrytechnologyandprogramssuchas Bluebeam
- Updateandmaintaincostvariation,schedule tracking,andassistwithmonthlydrawpreparations.
- Traveltoprojectsites(asneeded) toassistinthecompletionoftheon-siteinventoryofmaterialsandmeetwithownersandtheprojectteamforupdatesandcoordination.
- 5-10yearsofconstructionexperience,withtheabilitytoreadandunderstandconstructiondrawings,specifications,shop drawings,bid documents,and contracts.
- Provenexperienceasa Project Managerincommercialconstruction ,historicalrestorationisanaddedbonus.
- Degreeinengineering,construction management,architecture,orbusinessmanagementoraccumulativeyearsexperienceintheconstructionindustry.
- Strongknowledgeofallphasesofthebuildingconstructionprocess,includingpre-constructionthroughcloseout
- Abilitytocommunicaterespectfullyandprofessionallywithco-workersandexternallywithclients,subcontractors,andotherindustrypartners.
- Strongfinancialacumenandprojectbudgetmanagementskills.
- Dependableworkethic,excellenttimemanagement,andconsistentfollow-through.
- Exceptionalorganizationalskills,communication skills,andattentiontodetail.
- Desiretolearnandflexibilitytoacceptnewchallengesandassignments.
- Proficiencyinprojectmanagementsoftware,including
Heavyjob,Bluebeam,and Microsoft
