Execu Source seeks a Superintendent for heavy civil grading and site development projects across the Southeast. You will lead field operations, manage crews and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has experience supervising multiple crews, strong knowledge of grading and heavy equipment, and a proven ability to coordinate schedules with owners, engineers and subcontractors. Occasional travel may be required.
