This Underground Construction Superintendent opportunity puts you at the center of safe, accurate work on multiple active sites, with a schedule that keeps you engaged and progressing. You’ll work locally with a team that values strong field execution, clear communication, and delivering on schedule.
Qualificationsand Responsibilities
- 10+ years of construction experience with a strong underground construction background.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time (typically 3-5 projects, ranging up to approximately $500K).
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and jobsite priorities.
- Review underground layouts, dimensions, and field conditions to support accurate installation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and field teams; track progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Support work on schools, hospitals, universities, manufacturing facilities, and commercial projects.
- Use Procore for basic project documentation and communication.
