• Oversee documentation, daily reporting, and progress tracking
• Drive punch-out, closeout, and homeowner turnover with precision and care

• 6+ years of residential construction experience, preferably semi-custom or scattered-lot
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining quality and organization
• Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management
• Confident communicator who builds trust with homeowners and trade partners
