Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

Our client, a well-established general contractor in South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a great opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a growing team with a strong regional pipeline of work.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and RFIs
• Monitor project budgets and forecast costs to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control
• Collaborate with superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$30M+ range
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Sage, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
